What to do if the E-Bike suddenly stop

What to do if the unit suddenly stop while driving? Here are the possible reasons:

1.      There are wires that are cut loose

2.      There’s a problem with Motor and/or Control Panel

If these problems suddenly occur, call or contact the nearest Authorized Dealer for a rescue. NWOW provide free Rescue and/or Service for our customer.
